Whittlebury Bakery was born out of a desire to produce exceptional quality goods from fresh local ingredients by husband and wife team Andy & Ela Collins who quickly gathered an exceptional team of bakers with a world of experience between them. The team are always innovating with everything from flavours to waste reduction to community schemes. No two days are ever the same here.
